What to do when my passport is currently offered and I can’t really arrive at the Consulate to get it?
If the candidate can’t come individually to gather the passport, he/she might authorize a person to pick up the passport. His/her authorized representative MUST provide the following requirements:(1) AUTHORIZATION LETTER (sample authorization letter); (two) OLD PASSPORT OF APPLICANT; (three) ORIGINAL RECEIPT; AND (four) ORIGINAL AND COPY OF VALID IDENTIFICATION CARD OF AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE.The candidate MUST perform an authorization letter in favor of his/her authorized representative irrespective of the amount of theirs of affinity and consanguinity. Applicant MUST thus present an authorization letter in favor of his/her spouse, sibling/s, parent/s (in case candidate is of legitimate age) if the candidate can’t personally arrive at the Consulate and pick up his/her completely new passport.
If the parent of some applicant (seventeen years of age below) can’t claim the renewed passport of his/her kid, he/she might authorize a person to pick up the passport so long as he/she gives (one) authorization letter to his/her representative, (two) text of the parent’s passport or ID, (three) good old passport of the kid, (four) original receipt, and (4)

The passport can be obtained when shown on this web page. Candidates needn’t contact the Consulate General to re confirm accessibility of the passports of theirs. For delayed passports (more than six weeks) please communicate your problem through email passport.releasingpcgdubai.ae. The Passport Section of the Consulate can’t entertain all phone calls as a result of the quantity of calls the Section receives every day.
